Before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion to 21 remand and request for attorney’s fees and costs.1 Having considered the parties’ submissions, the 22 relevant law, and the record in this case, the Court DENIES Plaintiff’s motion to remand and 23 request for attorney’s fees and costs. 24 I.
