I. Background

Factual Allegations 21 WeRide brings this suit against its former CEO, Wang; its former Head of Hardware 22 Technology, Huang; Huang’s LLC, ZKA; Wang and Huang’s current company, AllRide; and 23 AllRide’s corporate alter-ego, Kaizr, Inc (“Kaizr”). Second Amended Complaint (“SAC”) ¶ 1. 24 25 1 The Court has filed this Order under seal because it contains material subject to sealing orders. 26 Within seven days of the filing date of this Order, the Parties shall provide the Court a stipulated redacted version of the Order, redacting only those portions of the order containing or referring to 27 material subject to a sealing order and for which the Parties still request the material be sealed.
