12 13 Before the Court is plaintiff Dierdre Kellogg Ketroser’s (“Kellogg Ketroser”) 14 “Motion,” filed April 2, 2020, “for Leave to File Second Amended Complaint.” Defendants 15 have filed opposition, to which Kellogg Ketroser has replied. Having read and considered 16 the papers filed in support of and in opposition to the motion, the Court deems the matter 17 appropriate for determination on the parties’ written submissions, VACATES the hearing 18 scheduled for May 8, 2020, and rules as follows: 19 On August 21, 2019, David B.
