12 Plaintiff, an inmate at Pelican Bay State Prison (“PBSP”), filed this pro se civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Now pending before the Court is defendants’ motion to dismiss plaintiff’s claim that defendants violated his rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. (“ADA”). Dkt. No. 24. Plaintiff has filed an opposition, and defendants have filed a reply. Dkt. Nos. 25, 27. Also pending before the Court is plaintiff’s request for leave to file an amended complaint. Dkt.
