Plaintiff Lena Macias (“Macias”) brought this action against defendants KDF Foxdale, L.P., KDF Communities-Foxdale, LLC (collectively referred to as “KDF”) and VPM Management, Inc. (“VPM” and collectively with KDF, “Defendants”), alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), the Federal Fair Housing Act (“FFHA”), the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and various supplemental California laws.
