13 Plaintiff Lena Macias (“Macias”) brought this action against defendants KDF Foxdale, 14 L.P., KDF Communities-Foxdale, LLC (collectively referred to as “KDF”) and VPM 15 Management, Inc. (“VPM” and collectively with KDF, “Defendants”), alleging violations of the 16 Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), the Federal Fair Housing Act (“FFHA”), the 17 Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and various supplemental California laws. Plaintiff now seeks to 18 leave to file a Second Amended Complaint (“SAC”) pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 19 15(a)(2).
