12 13 Pending before the Court are the following motions: (1) Defendant’s motion to decertify 14 the class, Dkt. No. 269; (2) Defendant’s motion for judgment as a matter of law, Dkt. No. 268; and 15 (3) Plaintiff’s motion for judgment as a matter of law. The Court held a hearing on the motions on 16 February 14, 2020. Dkt. No. 298. After carefully considering the parties’ papers and oral 17 arguments, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s motion to decertify the class; DENIES Defendant’s 18 motion for judgment as a matter of law; and DENIES Plaintiff’s motion for judgment as a matter 19 of law. 20 I.
