12 Pending before the Court are the following motions: (1) Defendant’s motion to decertify the class, Dkt. No. 269; (2) Defendant’s motion for judgment as a matter of law, Dkt. No. 268; and (3) Plaintiff’s motion for judgment as a matter of law. The Court held a hearing on the motions on February 14, 2020. Dkt. No. 298. After carefully considering the parties’ papers and oral arguments, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s motion to decertify the class; DENIES Defendant’s motion for judgment as a matter of law; and DENIES Plaintiff’s motion for judgment as a matter of law.
