On April 2, 2020, Plaintiff Oceana, Inc. filed this motion to compel production of ten documents that were withheld from Defendants’ second supplemental administrative record on the basis of the deliberative process privilege. Dkts. 58-1, 60. On April 23, 2020, Defendants filed an opposition indicating that they would release two of the ten documents at issue, bringing the number of documents in dispute to eight. Dkt. 65.
