Subsequently, by order filed April 8, 2020 ("April 8 15 Order"), the Court granted petitioners' motion for a temporary restraining order as to 16 Salomon Medina Calderon ("Medina Calderon"), Gennady V. Lavrus ("Lavrus"), Charles 17 Joseph ("Joseph"), and J. Elias Solorio Lopez ("Solorio Lopez"), and directed 18 respondents to show cause why a preliminary injunction should not issue mandating the 19 continued release of those four petitioners.
