No. 21 Defendants. 17 Plaintiff Siphannay Sothary Burnes (“Plaintiff”) brings this action against California State University of Monterey Bay and a number of the university’s employees: Britt Rios-Ellis, Ed Ochoa, Christopher Forest, Melanie Chavez, Daramola Cabral, Karen Rotabi, and Wendy Smith (collectively, “Defendants”). Defendants filed a motion to dismiss. ECF No. 21. Having considered the submissions of the parties, the relevant law, and the record in this case, the Court GRANTS Defendants’ motion to dismiss without prejudice. I.
