Plaintiff was previously incarcerated at Pelican Bay State Prison (“PBSP”) and California 20 State Prison, Corcoran (“CSP-Cor”). See Dkt. No. 1. Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, plaintiff filed 21 a pro se civil rights complaint alleging that he had been improperly placed in solitary confinement 22 at PBSP. See id. The Court dismissed plaintiff’s complaint with leave to amend, see Dkt. No. 6, 23 and plaintiff filed a First Amended Complaint (“FAC”), see Dkt.
