13 Pro se plaintiff Javier Calderon filed the instant civil rights complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against prison officials at the Correctional Training Facility (“CTF”) in Soledad, where he is currently incarcerated. Mr. Calderon’s motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis has been granted. Dkt Nos. 5, 11. I.
