No. 48 (Defendant’s MSJ). 1 Pursuant to local rule 7-1(b) 14 and General Order 72, the May 29, 2020 hearing is hereby VACATED. Plaintiff Brian Rogers’ 15 complaint alleges one cause of action for violation of Title VII, arguing defendant Federal Home 16 Loan Bank of San Francisco (“the Bank”) discriminated against plaintiff, who is African American, 17 when it failed to hire him. Having considered the parties’ papers and evidence submitted, the Court 18 GRANTS defendant’s motion for summary judgment and DENIES plaintiff’s motion. 19 20 …
