12 13 Plaintiff Pauline Antoinette Soria (“Plaintiff” or “Soria”) moves for summary judgment to 14 reverse the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration’s (the “Commissioner’s”) final 15 administrative decision, which found Soria not disabled and therefore denied her application for 16 benefits under Title XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1381 et seq. The Commissioner 17 cross-moves to affirm. For the reasons stated below, the court GRANTS Soria’s motion in part, 18 denies the Commissioner’s cross-motion, and remands this case for further proceedings. 19 I.
