INTRODUCTION 14 Plaintiff James Faircloth brings this action against Defendant AR Resources, Inc. for 15 alleged violations of the California Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act (“CCRAA,” Cal. 16 Civ. Code § 1785.1 et. seq.). Defendant moves to dismiss Plaintiff’s Second Amended Complaint, 17 and for sanctions under Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Court finds these 18 matters suitable for resolution without oral argument and without further briefing on the motion 19 for sanctions, and VACATES the hearings set for May 29, 2020 and July 10, 2020.
