12 13 Plaintiff Kenneth Lenk (“Lenk”) filed this lawsuit against his former employer, Monolithic 14 Power Systems, Incorporated (“MPS”); his former supervisor at MPS, Maurice Sciammas 15 (“Sciammas”); and the law firm that represented MPS and Sciammas in prior litigation between 16 the parties, Sacks, Ricketts & Case LLP (“SRC”). On February 10, 2020, the Court issued an 17 order (“Prior Order”) granting a motion to dismiss brought by MPS and Sciammas, without leave 18 to amend. See Prior Order, ECF 55.
