11 12 Plaintiff Sentius International, LLC (“Sentius”) brings this patent infringement action 13 against Defendant Apple Inc. (“Apple”) for alleged infringement of two of its patents, namely U.S. 14 Patent No. RE43,633 (the “’633 Patent”) and 7,672,985 (the “’985 Patent”).
