11 Plaintiff Sentius International, LLC (“Sentius”) brings this patent infringement action against Defendant Apple Inc. (“Apple”) for alleged infringement of two of its patents, namely U.S. Patent No. RE43,633 (the “’633 Patent”) and 7,672,985 (the “’985 Patent”). Now before the Court is defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiff’s claims for direct infringement of the ’633 Patent method claims and joint infringement of the ’633 and ’985 Patent method claims pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6).
