13 Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion for default judgment. Defendant has neither 14 answered nor appeared in the action. Having considered Plaintiffs’ motion and the accompanying 15 papers,1 the Court GRANTS Plaintiff’s motion for default judgment. 16 I. BACKGROUND 17 A.
