13 Khulood Aledlah (“Plaintiff”) sues S-L Distribution Company, LLC (“S-L” or 14 “Defendant”) for alleged California state law wage-and-hour violations. (Dkt. No. 24.)1 Now 15 before the Court is Defendant’s motion to dismiss pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 16 12(b)(6).2 (Dkt. No. 26.) After careful consideration of the parties’ briefing the Court concludes 17 that oral argument is unnecessary, see Civil Local Rule 7-1(b), vacates the hearing scheduled for 18 June 11, 2020, and DENIES Defendant’s motion. 19 BACKGROUND 20 I.
