17 18 Plaintiff, a state prisoner, filed the instant pro se civil rights action pursuant to 42 19 U.S.C. § 1983 against medical personnel at Salinas Valley State Prison (SVSP) where is 20 currently incarcerated. Dkt. No. 1. Plaintiff has filed a “motion to amend” the complaint 21 in order “to correct all mistakes an[d] errors that I made on my 1983 U.S.C. complaint.” 22 Dkt. No. 6 at 1.
