17 Plaintiff, a state prisoner, filed the instant pro se civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against medical personnel at Salinas Valley State Prison (SVSP) where is currently incarcerated. Dkt. No. 1. Plaintiff has filed a “motion to amend” the complaint in order “to correct all mistakes an[d] errors that I made on my 1983 U.S.C. complaint.” Dkt. No. 6 at 1.
