13 Pursuant to Rule 54(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff-Appellee 14 Simulados Software Ltd. (“Plaintiff”) filed a motion for attorneys’ fees and costs incurred 15 following remand of this case. Plaintiff’s Motion for Attorneys’ Fees, Dkt. 219 (“Motion”). 16 Defendant Photon Infotech Private, Ltd. (“Defendant”) opposes the motion. Opposition to 17 Plaintiff’s Motion for Attorneys’ Fees, Dkt. No. 220 (“Opposition”). The Court finds this motion 18 suitable for consideration without oral argument. See N.D. Cal. Civ. L.R. 7-1(b).
