Defendant BMW of North America (“BMW NA”) moves for an order compelling Plaintiff Ali Rizvi (“Rizvi”) to arbitrate his claims and for a stay of all proceedings. The Court finds it appropriate to take this matter under submission for decision without oral argument pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b). For the reasons discussed below, the motion to compel arbitration will be granted. I.
