13 14 Plaintiff LaTreasha McCoy appeals a final decision of the Commissioner of Social 15 Security (“Commissioner”)1 denying her application for supplemental security income (“SSI”) 16 under Title XVI of the Social Security Act (“Act”), 42 U.S.C. § 1381, et seq. The parties have 17 filed cross-motions for summary judgment.2 18 Ms. McCoy contends that the Commissioner’s denial of benefits reflects multiple errors: 19 (1) the administrative law judge (“ALJ”) improperly weighed the medical and other source 20 statements; (2) the ALJ failed to provide sufficient reasons for discounting Ms. McCoy’s 21 statements regarding the severity and limiting effects of her impairments; (3) the ALJ erred in 22 finding that Ms. McCoy’s impairments do not meet or…
