13 14 Jose Almendarez, Tyrone Dangerfield, Tiana Naples, and William Uschold filed this state 15 law wage-and-hour action on behalf of themselves and others similarly situated against their 16 employer, NSMG Shared Services, LLC (“NSMG” or “Defendant”). (Dkt. No. 55.)1 Plaintiffs 17 allege that NSMG violated California law in its operation of a commission payment system, 18 among other violations of the California Labor Code.
