13 Jose Almendarez, Tyrone Dangerfield, Tiana Naples, and William Uschold filed this state law wage-and-hour action on behalf of themselves and others similarly situated against their employer, NSMG Shared Services, LLC (“NSMG” or “Defendant”). (Dkt. No. 55.) Plaintiffs allege that NSMG violated California law in its operation of a commission payment system, among other violations of the California Labor Code.
