14 Pro se plaintiff Rudy Martin (“Plaintiff”) filed this action against defendants Wells Fargo 15 Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo N.A.”) and Does 1-20 in the Monterey County Superior Court. Dkt. 16 No. 1, Ex. A. Plaintiff is the alleged owner of a certain parcel of real property located in Pebble 17 Beach, California and seeks to quiet title to the property. Wells Fargo N.A. (“Defendant”) has a 18 mortgage recorded on the property. Presently before the Court is Defendant’s motion to dismiss 19 the Second Amended Complaint (“SAC”).
