12 Plaintiff, a state prisoner, filed a pro se civil rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 13 1983 and an application to proceed in forma pauperis. The court ordered plaintiff to show 14 cause why this case should not be deemed three strikes barred and the application to 15 proceed in forma pauperis denied pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g). Plaintiff has filed a 16 motion to appoint counsel and a motion for a temporary restraining order but has failed to 17 address the order to show cause. 18 Section 1915(g) 19 Plaintiff does not contest that he has at least three strikes that were identified in 20 the order to show cause or argue that he is in imminent danger of serious physical injury 21 and should be…
