Nos. 76, 90.1 16 The motions came on for telephonic hearing on June 11, 2020. 17 Having considered the papers and arguments and for good cause shown, the Court DENIES 18 defendant’s motion to dismiss and GRANTS plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction. 19
