Serra seeks approval of a settlement 15 (“Settlement”) pursuant to which Serra agrees to provide parking and transaction counters at the 16 relevant Property in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) Accessibility 17 Guidelines and Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, and a monetary settlement in the 18 amount of $9,500.00 to Plaintiff Scott Johnson (“Plaintiff”).
