On June 5, 2018, the Court issued an order granting Plaintiffs’ motions for preliminary injunction and class certification. (Dkt. No. 33.) On March 13, 2019, the Court issued an order directing Defendants to provide Plaintiffs a periodic Class List to demonstrate Defendants’ compliance with the June 2018 Order. (Dkt. No. 64.) Now before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion to enforce the March 2019 Order and amend the June 2018 Order. (Dkt. No. 75.)
