He 12 || also moves to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. 2) which, good cause appearing, is granted. 5 13 Petitioner may challenge his pretrial detention on state criminal charges by way of a S 14 || petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241.
