Factual Background 23 Plaintiff Laura Esquer is a resident of San Jose, California and brings this action on behalf 24 of herself and a putative class of California residents (collectively, “Plaintiffs”). ECF No. 1 25 (“Compl.”) ¶¶ 17, 66. Defendant StockX, LLC is a Michigan limited liability company with its 26 principal place of business in Detroit, Michigan.
