Factual Background Plaintiff Laura Esquer is a resident of San Jose, California and brings this action on behalf of herself and a putative class of California residents (collectively, “Plaintiffs”). ECF No. 1 (“Compl.”) ¶¶ 17, 66. Defendant StockX, LLC is a Michigan limited liability company with its principal place of business in Detroit, Michigan. Id. ¶ 26.
