12 13 Tevra Brands, LLC (“Tevra”) brings this antitrust suit against Bayer Healthcare LLC, Bayer 14 Animal Health GmbH, and Bayer AG related to the distribution of “squeeze on” Imidacloprid 15 topical flea and tick treatments for pets. See Compl., ECF 1. Before the Court is Plaintiff Tevra’s 16 Motion for Alternative Service. See Mot. For Alt. Service (“Mot.”), ECF 116. Tevra seeks an order 17 from the Court authorizing Tevra to serve Bayer Animal Health GmbH and Bayer AG (collectively, 18 “German Defendants”) through their U.S.-based lead counsel, Daniel Asimow, by email.
