Plaintiffs Kyle Barbaro, Joseph Baruch, Steve Eakin, Lorenzo Ferguson, Benjamin Gulker, Michael Hopkins, Adam Lee, Kevin Melkowski, and Zixuan Rao (“Plaintiffs”) move this Court for leave to file a Second Amended Consolidated Class Action Complaint (“SAC”) pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(a)(2).
