12 13 Plaintiff Avaya Inc. and defendant Atlas Systems, Inc. have submitted to the Court a 14 discovery dispute regarding Atlas’ responses to Avaya’s First Set of Requests for Production of 15 Documents. The parties dispute (1) whether Atlas should be required to provide certain customer 16 information related to sales of Avaya licenses1 and (2) the relevant time period for the sales 17 information. 18 The Court has reviewed the parties’ arguments and holds as follows: 19 1. With regard to customer information, Atlas shall provide all requested customer 20 information, including for sales of Avaya licenses. The Court agrees with Avaya that this 21 information is relevant to Avaya’s claims.
