(“Orion”) moves this Court for an Order holding Defendant Ningbo Sunny Electronic Co., Ltd.’s Chairman Wenjun “Peter” Ni, and Directors Yin Yiping (“Mr. Yin”) and Dong Yong Xue (“Ms. Dong,” and together with Mr. Yin, the “Directors”) in civil contempt for Ningbo Sunny’s failure to comply with this Court’s March 9, 2020 Order Re Motion for Order to Show Cause (Dkt.
