INTRODUCTION Once an antitrust action, plaintiff now hangs its fraud- and contract-based claims on a miscellany of alleged misrepresentations. Defendant moves for summary judgment. For the reasons stated herein, the motion is GRANTED. STATEMENT Plaintiff Dreamstime.com LLC, a leading supplier of digital stock images based in Romania, filed this lawsuit in response to an unexplained fall from its top-ranked position on defendant Google LLC’s search engine.
