12 Before the Court is defendant SPX Cooling Technologies, Inc.'s ("SPX") "Motion for Summary Judgment or, in the Alternative, Partial Summary Judgment of Plaintiffs' Claim for Punitive Damages," filed May 22, 2020. Plaintiffs have filed opposition, to which SPX has replied.
