17 I. INTRODUCTION Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion to Strike Expert Rebuttal Report of Dennis Chookaszian. ECF Nos. 164(Abdo)/161(Rising Tide). Plaintiffs move to strike the report on the ground that it is not an actual rebuttal report and thus was not disclosed in compliance with Federal Rule of Procedure 26. Defendants have filed a Response, ECF Nos. 174/170, and Plaintiffs a Reply, ECF Nos. 177/173. The Court finds this matter suitable for disposition without oral argument and VACATES the July 30, 2020 hearing. See Civ. L.R. 7-1(b). Having considered the parties’…
