Before the Court is Defendant Cisco Systems’ motion to strike Plaintiff Netfuel, Inc.’s supplemental damages contentions and interrogatory responses. Having considered the Parties’ papers and having had the benefit of oral argument on July 16, 2020, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s motion to strike. I. BACKGROUND On April 18, 2018, Plaintiff filed this patent infringement action against Defendant. Dkt. 1. Plaintiff alleges that Defendant infringed two of its patents. The Patents-in-Suit—U.S. Patent Nos. 7,747,730 (the “’730 Patent”) and 9,663,659 (the “’659 Patent”)—disclose the use of software programs called “agents” to monitor and manage computer networks and the devices (such as routers…
