12 Pending before the Court is a motion to dismiss filed by Defendants Google LLC and YouTube, LLC. The Court finds this matter appropriate for disposition without oral argument and the matter is deemed submitted. See Civil L.R. 7-1(b). For the reasons detailed below, the Court GRANTS the motion. I. BACKGROUND Plaintiff Enhanced Athlete Inc. filed this action on December 19, 2019, challenging Defendants’ decisions to remove Plaintiff’s videos from YouTube and ultimately terminate Plaintiff’s YouTube accounts. See generally Dkt. No. 1 (“Compl.”). Plaintiff alleges that it posted informational and educational videos concerning personal fitness and overall well-being on its two YouTube channels.
