I. Plaintiff, a California state prisoner incarcerated at San Quentin State Prison’s (SQSP) death row pursuant to a 1991 conviction and death sentence from Kern County Superior Court, has filed a pro se “suit for damages” against two federal public defenders and a private attorney appointed to represent him in his federal habeas proceedings. ECF No. 1 at 1. Plaintiff alleges breach of contractual agreement between client and counsel, legal malpractice and various wrongdoing on the part of defendants in connection with their defense of plaintiff. II.
