12 Plaintiff Dennis Nowak (“Nowak”), a German resident, brings suit against Defendants XAPO, Inc. (“XAPO,” a Delaware corporation), XAPO (GIBRALTAR) LIMITED, INDODAX (collectively “Defendants”), and JOHN DOE Nos. 1-10 alleging they illegally stole or helped steal Nowak’s cryptocurrency assets.
