13 Pending before the Court is Plaintiff Board of Trustees of the Laborers Health and Welfare Plan for Northern California (“Plaintiff”) amended motion for default judgment (“Amended Motion”) against Defendant Salvador Galvez (“Galvez”). Dkt. No. 37. Plaintiff previously filed a motion for default judgment against Galvez, Dkt. No. 33, which the Court denied without prejudice. Dkt. No. 36. No oppositions to the Amended Motion have been filed. For the reasons set forth below, the Court GRANTS the Amended Motion. I.
