The Court previously granted a motion for preliminary approval of the Class Action Settlement between plaintiff Moises Gomez-Gasca, on behalf of the putative settlement class, and defendants Future Ag Management, Inc., Elias Perez Chavez, Camarillo Berry Farms, L.P., Future Harvesters and Packers, Inc., and Blazer Wilkinson, L.P. on April 21, 2020. (Dkt. No. 59.) As directed by the Court’s preliminary approval order, on July 21, 2020, plaintiff filed his unopposed motion for attorneys’ fees, costs, and service awards. (Dkt. No. 62.)
