14 Pending before the Court is Lead Plaintiff James Everett Hunt’s motion to limit the scope of a confidentiality agreement between third-party witness Dwight Badger and Defendant1 Bloom Energy Corporation. See Dkt. No. 44. Plaintiff seeks to interview Mr. Badger about Defendant Bloom Energy’s finances and operations, but Mr. Badger and Defendant entered into a 2014 Settlement Agreement that includes a confidentiality provision.
