12 Pending before the Court is the unopposed motion for preliminary approval of class action settlement filed by Plaintiffs Ryan Richards, Ruba Ayoub, Brandy Terbay, and Tracy Cummings. Dkt. No. 40. The parties have reached a settlement regarding Plaintiffs’ claims and now seek the required court approval. The Court held a hearing on September 24, 2020. See Dkt. No. 44. For the reasons detailed below, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary approval of class action settlement. I. BACKGROUND A.
