See Mot., ECF 22. Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b), the Court determined this motion was suitable for decision without oral argument on October 23, 2020, and vacated the hearing on Mr. Margiotta’s Motion scheduled for November 5, 2020. See Order, ECF 32. For the reasons stated herein, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff’s Motion. 20 I.
