13 Pending before the Court are Defendant First Databank, Inc.’s motions to exclude the expert reports and anticipated testimony of three of Plaintiff Exeltis USA Inc.’s experts. Dkt. Nos. 169, 170, 190. The Court heard argument on these motions on December 18, 2019. As detailed below, the Court DENIES the motions to exclude the testimony of Dr. J. Kevin Gorospe and Norman Smith, Dkt. Nos. 169, 170, and GRANTS IN PART the motion to exclude the testimony of Dr. Kathryn M. Rexrode. I.
