13 Pending before the Court are Plaintiff’s motions for final approval of class action settlement and for attorneys’ fees and a class representative incentive award. Dkt. Nos. 60, 61. The Court held a final fairness hearing on September 10, 2020. Dkt. No. 66. As noted in the motion for final approval and as discussed during the hearing, notice pursuant to the Class Action Fairness Act (“CAFA”) was not mailed until August 27, 2020. The Court therefore directed the parties to file a status report regarding whether the parties received any response to the CAFA notice, and held the motions in abeyance during the interim. See Dkt.
