11 Before the Court is plaintiff Peter Johnson’s (“Johnson”) “Motion for Permission to Seek Interlocutory Review” (“Certification Motion”), filed November 13, 2020. Defendants Maker Ecosystem Growth Holdings, Inc. and Maker Ecosystem Growth Foundation (collectively, “Maker Defendants”) have filed opposition, to which Johnson has replied.
