No. 22 PRINCESS CRUISE LINES LTD., et al., Defendants. 12 Pending before the Court is the motion to transfer this action to the Central District of California, filed by Defendants Princess Cruise Lines, Ltd., Carnival Corporation, and Carnival plc. Dkt. No. 22. The Court finds this matter appropriate for disposition without oral argument and the matter is deemed submitted. See Civil L.R. 7-1(b). Having carefully considered the parties’ arguments, and for the reasons detailed below, the Court GRANTS the motion to transfer. I. BACKGROUND Plaintiff Brenda Campbell filed this admiralty action on behalf of the Estate of Carl E.
